| The Log Legends standard framing and paneling technique allows the final erection
process of your custom built home at your property site to assemble efficiently. The
walls can then be filled with any insulation that you desire. Your interior finish can be
log, T&G, drywall, or a combination of all three.
Log Legends unique method of construction enables us to build our homes in
"whole" wall sections. The wall leaves our plant already assembled, stained, and
chinked. The windows are already installed, framed, and trimmed. Your shell is completely
assembled in our production yard and then disassembled in wall sections and loaded on a
truck.
Log Legends can provide our in-house advisor to monitor the re-assembly process on your
property working in conjunction with your contractor.
You will also have the option of hiring Log Legends to build your home and erect it as
well. Hiring our general contractor eliminates errors during the on-site assembly and
provides effective time management.
Our unique method of construction, two carpenters, four laborers, a crane, and foreman,
all functioning as a team can erect a 2,000 sq. ft. home on your foundation in
approximately 10 hours.
